We strive to assure that each and every one of our patients is made comfortable and we are staffed with knowledgeable, qualified, and caring personnel. We are Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and hold a Fellowship from the American Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons. Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has us on staff and we work closely with most major hospitals within the greater Los Angeles area.
Maxillofacial refers to the jaw and face. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, we provide care for the following:
Oral Implantology (dental implants), Dental Implants are substitutes for lost or congenitally missing natural tooth roots. They may be used to support a single crown, fixed or removable complete denture, or provide anchorage for orthodontic movements.
The removal of impacted wisdom teeth (third molars), removal of teeth resulting from fracture, decay and periodontal (gum) disease.
Reconstruction of the facial bones by adding the patient’s own bone or man-made materials.
Corrective Jaw Surgery (Orthognathic) Surgery to correct skeletal jaw deformities.
Cosmetic Facial Surgery (i.e chin implants).
Trauma patients with facial fractures, facial lacerations and other facial injuries.
Treatment of TMJ including Botox injections, Arthrocentesis, Arthroscopy and open joint surgery, when required.
Sleep Apnea and TMJ custom mouth devices.
Biopsies or oral lesions, management of patients with cancer of the maxillofacial area and needed reconstruction of the area.
Preparation of the jaw or denture construction by specialized surgical techniques, such as skin or bone grafts and implants which aid stabilizing dentures.
The doctor and our staff are certified in General Anesthesia by California State Board of Examiners.
