Dr. Ian Lehrer completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center during which in addition to his specialty training, he completed rotations in plastic surgery, trauma surgery, neurosurgery, surgical and medical intensive care units, anesthesiology, and general surgery. He was also redeployed to care for critically ill patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He serves on the Board of Directors for the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His clinical interests include orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery) and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Lehrer maintains hospital privileges at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and Marina Del Rey, and Torrance Memorial Medical Center . In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying all that Southern California offers.
